Does this need to go through procurement?
Almost never. This is scoped small enough to typically fall inside a VP Ops or Director's discretionary spend limit. Most clients sign and start within the same week.
What data access do you need, and is it secure?
Read-only exports of your last 90 days of scorecard and remittance data, usually a CSV pull you already have access to. No standing access to your ERP or retailer portals is required, and nothing you share leaves our hands beyond the engagement.
How long does it actually take?
Roughly two weeks from the day we receive your data, ending with a walkthrough call.
Is this fully remote?
Yes, entirely. Data exchange happens over a shared drive or secure link, and the walkthrough happens on a video call.
What happens after you get the report?
Whatever you want. Plenty of clients take the mitigation checklist and hand it to their own team. If you'd rather we build the fix, the $2,500 you already paid for the scan comes off the price of that project.
What if you don't find much?
Less than $25K found = $0 fee. If we don't identify recoverable margin that clears 10x the scan fee, it's refunded in full, no hedging, no fine print.
